So how do you do it?
Changing partner is easier than you’d think. After speaking with us, we will need to officially log the switching of partners. You may decide to go through CustomerSource UK or we can complete a form on your behalf which will be submitted to Microsoft.

The first step will be to meet up, discuss what you expect from a partner and why you feel you need to move. We will ask to have a good look around your system, seeing how you use it and what issues you have.
